Robert Islam oglu Eyyubov was born on March 22, 1978, in the village of Shirazli of Vedi district of Western Azerbaijan (now the Republic of Armenia).

After finishing secondary school, from 1995 to 2000, he studied diagnostics at the National Aviation Academy. This specialty was recognized as part of the military service requirement.

From 2001 to 2019, he held various positions at Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL).

Since 2020, he has been serving as an Advisor to the President of the “SILKWAY” Company.

On February 2, 2022, he was elected as the Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation.
