The Azerbaijan Cycling Federation (AzVIF) and the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Sports Organizations Association (AHIITA) have signed a Memorandum. The Memorandum has been signed by Fikrat Huseynov, the Executive Vice-President of AzVIF, and Fikrat Hajiyev, the Deputy Director and Acting Director of AHIITA.
The Memorandum envisages the joint implementation of social programs by the parties, the promotion of cycling across the country, the mutual use of sports structures and facilities, the organization of various events, as well as other issues.
