Jointly organized by the Ganja City Executive Power, the Ganja–Dashkasan Regional Youth and Sports Department, the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation, and the Ganja Youth House, a bicycle race was held in Ganja to mark June 3 – World Bicycle Day.
The event kicked off in front of the Triumph Arch located on the territory of the Heydar Aliyev Park Complex and continued along the bike lane. After covering a route of over 6 kilometers, the participants finished the race back in front of the Triumph Arch.
The main purpose of the event was to promote a healthy lifestyle among adolescents and youth, encourage the sport of cycling, and increase interest in this field.
