Our country’s youth national road cycling team participated in the multi-day Kazakhstan Cup held in Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan, from March 25–29. Under the leadership of head coach Elchin Gasimov, the team — consisting of Nihad Khudoyev, Chingiz Isayev, Rahim Naghiyev, Hasan Zeynalov, and Murad Nadirov— competed throughout the multi-day event.
Competing alongside U23 and Elite category athletes over the course of five days, Rahim Naghiyev recorded the best overall classification result among our cyclists, finishing 35th out of 100 participants. Nihad Khudoyev followed in the rankings, finishing in 40th place.
