The Elite/U23 national road cycling team, which is preparing for the "Baku-Khankendi" Azerbaijan Cycling Race to be held from May 10–14, has taken part in the "Tour of Mersin" organized in Türkiye. In this UCI category 2.2 international race, our 6 cyclists have competed under the leadership of head coach Vladimir Bushanski.
In the "Tour of Mersin", which was memorable for its challenging mountain stages, the best result among our representatives has been achieved by Musa Mikayilzade. He has finished 20th overall in the general classification of the 4-stage race, which has featured 112 cyclists from 18 teams.
