Jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Cycling Federation, a bicycle race has taken place among employees of state institutions. Representatives from 8 state bodies competed at the event held at the Velopark.
Participants competed in the individual time trial discipline of cycling. Among men, Parviz Aslanov (AzerGold) secured the 1st place with the best time. Javid Khalilov (FHN - Ministry of Emergency Situations) came in 2nd, and Rustam Rustamov (SOCAR) finished 3rd.
Among women, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took the 1st and 3rd places — Leyla Aliyeva achieved the 1st place, while Sevda Verdiyeva placed 3rd. Ilkana Gasimova (MFA - Ministry of Foreign Affairs) took the 2nd step of the podium.
The winning participants were awarded medals, diplomas, and gifts.
